Beatrice Wrede, admitted to the German Bar 1994, is since 1996 Board Certified Specialist for Labor and Employment Law. Since her studies in Passau, Tübingen and Cologne she is mainly working in this area. During her legal clerkship she gained experience in the departments for labor law in two law firms in Cologne and a canadian law firm in their offices in Montréal, Toronto and Ottawa.

After becoming a lawyer she worked from 1994 to 2000 at the headoffice of Ulrich Weber & Partner in Cologne, a law firm specialized in labor law. In the year 2000 she founded together with a partner the office Wrede Rechtsanwälte with a second office in Berlin since 2001. 2002 another partner shared the Berlin office. In 2003 the partner separated to continue their carriers in different law firms in Stuttgart.  Beatrice Wrede moved in the year 2006 the office for private reasons to Bremen.

She is also active as mediator in the area of dispute resolution outside of a legal procedure following the respective training as attorney mediator (DAA) in 2001/2002.

Beatrice Wrede is fluent in german, english and french.

Beside her legal work she is involved in different pro bono activities and NGOs. Currently she is speaker of the group "Mutterschutzrichtlinie für Selbständige" in the ARGE Anwältinnen im DAV (Female Lawyers in the German Lawyers Association) and Lions Clubs Bremen buten un binnen.


Beatrice Wrede is married and mother of two children.
